Our specialty is in the small parts arena which provided opportunity for us to support customers in the automotive industry. We do not make door panels, but rather the small special hidden components that the design engineers need to make particular parts of automobiles function whether in the racing / high performance industry or the commercial public application.

When the automotive industry was working on airbags as an additional safety precaution several customers came to us for initial research and development. The product was developed through a drawing process in our press department. As with any prototype development of this product went through many design phases, from longer too shorter, from wide to narrow, and so forth. Ultimately it was our ability to be flexible, sometimes with daily changes, which allowed for the successful development of the needed canister and a repeatable process from which they could be made.
